The main rules are as follows:

OOC Rules

* NO sexual pictures on this site. This includes the following:
i. Boards
ii. Chatbox
iii. Links
ix. PMs
* NO advertising on the chatbox or forum except in the "Advertisement" forum.. Any advertising found, especially any depicting graphic violence, nudity, sexuality, pornography, or language will be removed from the site permanently and the user will be severely punished. However advertising about other rpg's is allowed but on the "Advertisement" forum..
* NO OOC fights. The occassional argument, sure, but no full blown chatbox arguments.
* NO cyberbullying!



In Character Rules

* NO Godmoding. Godmoding is when you say what someone elses character is doing.
* NO twinking.

Definition: Twinking is defined as when one character forces an action on another character without their explicit permission. This can be thoughts, emotions, or even physical attacks/responses.

Explanation: This means, for example, that you CANNOT simply punch a person… you can only TRY to punch them. It is up to them to decide whether you have punched them not. It also up to them to decide the extent of the injury that results from it—you can’t decide that you’ve broken their nose. Only they can. You CANNOT make a person do or experience anything; you can only do so if they have said you can, or have given you standing permission to do so.

* Please use proper grammar in you posts.

* Please use Novel Form.

* Everything is to be written in third person. If you do not do so, you will be reminded (read: nagged) until you do.
* Please don't type your entries using netspeak. Netspeak is okay for OOC, but it doesn't belong in roleplaying.
* Follow the current plot as much as you can. When in doubt, check the plot development thread.
* Interaction is a key part of roleplaying. Make sure you base your posts on large amounts of character interaction. If you do not speak/interact with another character, it is likely that they will not want to do the same to you and you'll be stuck roleplaying with yourself.
* Please observe rational time and logical character input into threads. You cannot go from Omashu to the Southern Water Trive in just two posts within a half hour. Use common sense; Im not going to tell you how long it should be, but keep in mind you can't just finish a conversation with one person and be in a different place in the next post.
* Posts musn't be shorter than three lines at a MINIMUM. Please also remember that you cannot assume another character's thoughts because you cannot read minds, unless you are a legit mind bender.
* Please try and make posts consist of writing other than just dialogue. If need be, post what your character is thinking. Posts consisting of only dialogue quickly turn into something resembling instant messenger...



Character Creation

* Please make your character application detailed, we want to know about your character, and it helps with writing about your character.
* No more than 3 characters(1 plot character, 2 non-plot characters), if you want more, ask permission from the owner of the site, Kuja/Auron/Avon/whatever you know him as. THIS IS NOT PROMISING YOU THAT IF YOU ASK, HE WILL SAY YES!

Please follow the rules. Failure to do so will result in warnings which could lead to banning.
